Bikini  Boot Camp with scientific edge.

Boot Camp for women only promises to kick start summer 2010 helping you take charge of your body!
The weekly exercise regime will be accompanied by an easy to follow nutritional plan to encourage healthy eating that fits in with your lifestyle. All advice will be backed by scientific evidence and will aim to reduce body fat!!

Who is it for? Women only beginners and improvers at all fitness levels. The interval training program is specifically tailored to your ability.

The ‘Boot Camp’ content;

There will be a weekly exercise class, a take home mini work out and a buddy system for support. Many women find impossible to  ‘shift fat’ no matter how hard they workout or ‘diet’. Therefore, this boot camp will be delivered to target central body fat with key nutritional guidance and a physical exercise program set to maximize fat oxidation.
EVERY WOMAN DESERVES TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT HOW THEY LOOK. I am really looking forward to being part of your journey.

REGISTRATION NIGHT 14th June 2010 6.00pm.  Usually 6.30pm to 8pm
